Information you may provide

When you request an estimate or contact North Coast Pressure Washing, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, service address, city, ZIP code, property details, requested services, preferred contact method, project description, and optional project photographs.

How the information is used

Information submitted through an estimate request is used to respond to the inquiry, understand the requested work, prepare or discuss an estimate, arrange follow-up, and communicate about the project. It may also be retained as reasonably needed for business records and to follow up on the request.

Sale of customer information

North Coast Pressure Washing does not sell customer information. Information is not shared for unrelated advertising by third parties.

Estimate form and photo uploads

The online estimate form is provided by Tally. Information entered into the form, including any optional project photographs you upload, is transmitted to and processed by Tally under its own privacy terms and security practices.

Only submit photographs that are relevant to the requested work. Avoid including people, license plates, documents, or other unnecessary personal information in uploaded images. You may call or text North Coast Pressure Washing instead if you prefer not to use the online form.

Website analytics

The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and site performance. Cloudflare may process technical information such as requested pages, approximate location derived from network information, device or browser characteristics, referring source, and performance measurements. North Coast uses this information to understand whether the website works and which pages are useful; it is not used to sell customer information.

Advertising conversion measurement

The website uses Google Tag Manager to load measurement tools and may use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand whether an advertisement led to a confirmed estimate request. Google may process page URLs, advertising click identifiers, device or browser information, and a successful form-submission event, and may use first-party cookies on this domain to attribute an ad interaction to that conversion.

The website tracking event does not include the name, phone number, email address, service address, project description, photographs, or other field values entered into the estimate form. Form information is handled separately through Tally as described above.

Data security and retention

Reasonable steps should be used to protect inquiry information, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Inquiry information should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.

Your choices

You may choose to call rather than use the online form. You may also ask North Coast Pressure Washing to correct or delete inquiry information, subject to any records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
